Shou Ba Yi: Three-Player and Four-Player Rules Compared

Both versions require you to play a non-joker card at the end, but the first play, defense single, and scoring details differ. Checking the version at the start is more important than copying another version.

The first player is determined by this red heart card; the first player is not required to play it. Both versions are independent battles, not Dou Dizhu's landlord versus farmer team.

Put one limit and draw this round

The last hand must be a single ordinary tile; you cannot save the joker as the last card; When playing a set of cards earlier, you also cannot keep all remaining cards as jokers. Followers must have the same hand and number of cards, and the number of cards must be the same; the four heads can beat non-four-headed tiles.

Shou Ba Yi After drawing, you cannot play again this round, which differs from Dou Dizhu on this site. After everyone else draws, the last player draws again.

How to defend when the next player has only one card left

In the three-player version, if the next player has only one common card left, if they choose to play a single card, they must play the largest card in their hand. In the four-player version, players can choose freely, but if the player does not play the largest single card and the next player wins immediately, they may have to compensate for the entire game and lose points.

The three-player version of the Three of Hearts has special scoring; keeping four tied cards in hand also results in extra point deductions. Ordinary tie cards can be merged in the prompt, but the Three of Hearts will retain independent selection, making it easier to decide whether to play it first.

Repeatedly click the prompt to compare different extraction methods

"Prompt" will select a legal hand; continue clicking to switch to the next hand, displaying the current number and total number. It only handles card selection and requires clicking "Play" to discard; "Clear" can cancel the selection.

If there is no legal call, "Not Playing" will show "Can't Buy." Prompt: Check according to the currently selected three- or four-player version; do not directly apply the joker allowed in another version with a card.
